🌾 Homestead Family Seeking a Place to Learn & Help (Nevada) 🌾 Hi everyone! I’m a mom of two (ages 1 and 5) completely new to homestead life, looking for a homestead in Nevada that could use an extra pair of hands in exchange for the chance to learn. A little about us: I have a reliable car to get wherever we’re needed, but I’m starting from scratch otherwise — no land, no livestock experience, no gardening background yet. What I do have is genuine willingness to learn anything: gardening, animal care, food preservation, building/repair, whatever you need done. My girls will be with me, so I’m hoping to connect with a family-friendly homestead where they can learn alongside me too. I’m looking for a paid position along with safe, comfortable sleeping accommodations for the three of us — happy to discuss what that looks like and find something that works for both sides.
